Once shipped, orders take 3-7 working days to be delivered. For all orders within India, we offer both free shipping and express shipping, for which a fee of ₹500/- is charged.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
You will receive an e-mail informing that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking ID/AWB, which can help you know the status of your order.
We hope you love your purchase. Each piece is made to ensure that you get the best. However, if at all you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on email@example.com.
We offer returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how you can process your exchange or return.
kokūn will provide a full refund or exchange, for flawed items when notified within 3 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. If the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return.
To notify us, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your return or exchange request. Please include your order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so.
Returns are only acceptable, or eligible for a refund, if the order that you received is damaged. If you have received the wrong size, we can exchange your purchase with another size. Refund is not eligible on discounted pieces & on customised designs.
If you’re not happy with the fit of your purchase, you can write to us regarding the sizing issue and send the piece back to us within three days of receipt. We will replace the design with the correct size. If you would like to exchange your oder with something else of the same price, you can write to us regarding that as well. (not eligible for customised and discounted pieces)
